Being part of a 'hotel family' since 1982, Ashley Mielak has been deeply involved in her family's hotel management business. Her father, Bill Conway of Sharcon Hotel Management & Development Company, has owned and managed numerous hotels, resorts and golf clubs all over the Eastern United States. This unique internal perspective gives us insight that most agents will never get since they are looking from the outside in.

From the initial insurance evaluation stage, our Agents are able to review our potential customer’s current coverages, determine any missing or unnecessary coverages and recommend the most comprehensive coverages all while being conscience of their bottom line. For potential customers within 60 days of renewal, our proposal are prepared and presented with 48-72 hours.
Our dedicated staff is equipped to service any policy changes and certificates that need to be delivered to Additional insured, finance companies or compliance departments the day we are contacted with the request.
